M&A

We advise our listed and privately-owned corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and disposals and provide management advisory services to MBO/MBI teams.

Private Capital Solutions

We advise our clients on raising private equity and arranging senior and mezzanine debt facilities.

Our established network of some 300 finance providers support our clients’ needs for development, acquisition and buy-out financing and balance sheet restructuring.

Strategic Options

We help our clients identify and evaluate a full range of strategic options that often factor in conflicting shareholder objectives, Board and management change, product and geographic expansion, new funding requirements and exit planning.
