Stephen co-founded the firm in 2004, having previously created the Global Corporate Finance Media Group at HSBC. Before joining HSBC, he was a founder member of the Media Team at Lazard, after reading Law at King’s College London and qualifying as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen.
