With a background in the PC, internet and semiconductor technology industry, Mark has worked as founder, co-founder, board member or adviser with over 30 firms, participating as adviser or principal with each ranging from debt restructuring and investment, to MBO, trade sale and market listing. Mark holds a BSc in Physics from Reading University and an MSc in Finance from the London Business School.
